At Easter, National Guards visited wounded comrades and families of dead servicemen
On these holidays, the National Guards congratulated the brothers who are being treated in various medical institutions. Not only those who serve in the NGU, but also border guards, soldiers of the Armed Forces, all of whom are united by the fighting fraternity.
“Our wounded soldiers will spend holidays not at home, not with their families and not even on duty — all of them will stay in hospitals, where they are treated after serious injuries,” says National Guardsman Mykola. “We constantly visit our guys, and on such a big holiday as Easter, they especially want to feel yourself involved in the family circle, to feel warmth and care. Therefore, today we came to them, brought Easter goodies so that they, together with the whole Ukrainian people, can join in the exaltation and joy of the holiday, and most importantly — feel our support.”
In Lutsk, children from the Magic Brush art school and members of the NGO “Yavorina-Volyn” joined the congratulations of the servicemen. They created Easter compositions for servicemen. These are painted Easter eggs and stylized nests conceived as amulets.
The National Guardsmen and the families of their fallen comrades visited.
“On the holiday, we consider it our duty to visit every family, bring gifts, ask if they need anything, support and help. The families of our Heroes should know that they are not alone, they have a large guard family that takes care of them,” says serviceman Yaroslav from Khmelnytskyi.
Let us remember, thanks to whom today we can meet this holiday in the circle of the family, in comfort and warmth.
