Opposition to illegal migration continues in Sumy region
Thus, the other day in the Sumy region, the violator of migration legislation — a citizen of the Russian Federation — was brought to administrative responsibility.
During the interdepartmental verification measures on compliance of foreign citizens and stateless persons with the rules of stay in Ukraine, employees of the State Department of Internal Affairs together with representatives of the USBU in the region identified a foreigner born in 1964.
For violation of the permitted period of residence by a Russian 90/180, administrative materials were drawn up under Art. 203 KUPap and a decision was made on its forced return to the country of origin.
Outbound verification of the territory of the Sumy region will continue in the future.
