In Sumy region, a policeman saved a woman who was injured due to a hostile attack
The professional actions of the district police officer and the timely medical care provided by him saved the life of a local resident. She received bodily injuries during the artillery shelling, but for now her condition is stable, she is under the supervision of doctors.
In the morning, the enemy once again attacked the town of Seredyna-Buda, in the Shostka district. During one of the attacks, the police received a report from medics about the wounding of a 66-year-old woman.
Despite the danger, the senior district police officer of the police department No. 1 (m. Seredyna-Buda) Shostkin District Police Department Maxim Bordachev. Arriving at the scene, the law enforcement officer found the woman in the yard of her household.
It was here that knowledge and skills in home care were needed. Seeing massive bleeding from the injured limb, the policeman quickly imposed a tourniquet, because he understood that every second counts. After that, he transferred the woman to a service car and promptly delivered to a local hospital.
Thanks to this, the doctors managed to stabilize the condition of the victim, after which she was hospitalized in the Shostka Central District Hospital. At the moment, the life of the latter is not in danger. She is grateful to the police officer for not leaving her in trouble.
