In Rivne region, police are investigating the circumstances of the explosion that killed two people
According to the results of the inspection by the employees of the explosives service, it became known that an RGD-5 grenade exploded in the house. From the scene, investigators recovered fragments of ammunition, a lever and 17 rounds of 7.62mm caliber.
We will remind, yesterday, February 10, at about 21:00 hours in the house on Vila-3 street in Zdolbuniv, there was an explosion. The 39-year-old homeowner and his 46-year-old acquaintance received fatal injuries. In addition, windows, walls and doors were damaged as a result of the incident.
Both men are known to have earned temporary earnings and abused alcohol.
Investigative departments of the police №6 (Zdolbuniv) have launched a pre-trial investigation under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: paragraph 1 part 2 of article 115 (intentional murder of two persons) and part 1 of article 263 (illegal handling of ammunition). The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. Ammunition is subject to examination, their origin is established.
