Special trainings on emergency rescue work during accidents took place in the Carpathian region
These exercises took place under the auspices of the Canadian non-profit organization “Firefighter Aid Ukraine”.
The organizers combined theoretical knowledge with practical training of various locations related to the most difficult traffic accidents.
In total, 24 rescuers from 5 regions of Ukraine took part in the exercises, namely: Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Transcarpathian, Chernivtsi and Lviv. The instructional staff of the delegation consisted of employees of the fire department of the Canadian city of Calgary.
Participants were taught how to eliminate the consequences of accidents, work with modern special equipment and rescue the injured at various training locations.
In general, many years of international training experience is a good platform for the exchange of practical knowledge, as well as the establishment of strong cooperation between the rescue services of the countries of the world.
Therefore, this indicates the positive dynamics and the need to further conduct such high-class trainings on a regular basis with the involvement of foreign colleagues and the transfer of invaluable experience.
