Another violator of migration legislation was found in Poltava region
Despite the conditions of martial law, UDMS employees in the Poltava region constantly carry out measures to control the compliance of foreigners and stateless persons with the requirements of migration legislation.

As a result of the measures taken at the checkpoint of one of the agricultural firms of the Mirgorod district of the Poltava region, a citizen of Georgia was found who violated the rules of stay and has been illegally in Ukraine since 2022.
The foreigner is brought to administrative responsibility and a decision is made to forcibly return to the country of origin or to a third country. Also, the violator will have to pay a fine in the amount of 2550 UAH and leave the borders of the state until June 15, 2023.
