A drug dealer was detained in Odesa region who was looking for clients among the military
In the Odessa region, they exposed a drug dealer who fell into the field of view of law enforcement officers during the search for clients among the military.
The 32-year-old dealer planned to expand his illegal business by attracting people in military uniform to him. During the control of the commission of the crime, law enforcement officers detained the offender immediately after the next attempt to sell a dose of marijuana to his client. According to the results of control purchases, law enforcement officers seized 400 g of cannabis and cash.
An authorized search was conducted in the residence of a citizen of Ukraine, during which 2 devices for the use of drugs, a packaged substance of plant origin and 1 liter of narcotic liquid were seized.
The drug dealer was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and reported on suspicion of committing a criminal offense, provided for in Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For drug trafficking, a man is threatened with imprisonment for a term of six to ten years with confiscation of property.
