In Odesa region, border guards exposed a drug dealer
In Odessa region, law enforcement officers detained an attacker who tried to organize a “business” for the sale of drugs among military personnel.
During the control over the commission of the crime, law enforcement officers managed to document the facts of the sale of the “goods”. The drug dealer was caught red-handed, immediately after handing over packages of marijuana.
An authorized search was carried out in the premises of the intruder, during which 2 devices for the use of a narcotic substance, packaged and ready-to-sell packages with a substance of green plant origin, and hemp seeds were seized.
Drug dealer, in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, detained and reported on suspicion of committing a criminal offense, provided for in Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For drug trafficking, a man is threatened with imprisonment for a term of six to ten years with confiscation of property.
The measures to expose the drug dealer were carried out by the officers of the internal and own security of the State Border Service together with the employees of the migration police and the investigator of the Odessa Regional Police Department No. 1 under the procedural guidance of the Kiev District Prosecutor's Office.
