Evacuation measures from flooded settlements continue in Mykolaiv region
Part of settlements in Snigurivska community of Mykolaiv region remains flooded due to the undermining of the dam of Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant by the occupiers.
All relevant services, including the employees of the State Emergency Service, are involved in the elimination of the consequences of the emergency.
Rescuers of the Nikolaev area carry out evacuation of residents of flooded villages, provide assistance to them. Work is carried out with the help of motor boats.
It should be noted that special attention is paid to low-mobility groups of the population. Given the difficulty of movement for them, the employees of the State Emergency Service carry them on a stretcher or on their hands, and then transport them to the other side by boat.
