In Mykolaiv region, investigators reported on suspicion of residents of Yuzhnoukrainsk for supporting armed aggression of the Russian Federation
On her personal page in one of the social networks, the woman created and publicly distributed posts and publications, denying the actions of the Russian occupiers in Ukraine.
At the place of residence of the offender, law enforcement officers together with the department of the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a search, during which they seized a mobile phone with evidence of criminal activity.
Now the investigators of the police department No. 3 of the Voznesensk district department under the procedural guidance of the district prosecutor's office informed the woman about the suspicion of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 436-2 (Justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation, glorification of its participants) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of up to five years in prison.
