For high achievements in service, initiative and perseverance thanks to the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, the dog dog of the National Guard of Ukraine was awarded the medal “For Dedicated Service”.
“In the ranks of the National Guard, Emma performs her duties very responsibly. The main tasks are to check citizens at checkpoints and search for saboteurs. The dog has a very good, almost perfect memory, and is also able to find explosive objects and people. Of course, she is serious, responsible, but at the same time very playful, loves attention and warm combing behind the ear, even, at the award, she is a little embarrassed, from such attention,” says dog trainer Maxim.
The canine service makes a very significant contribution, thanks to the skills of service dogs, guards find dangerous explosive ammunition, thereby helping in the demining of territories, helping to detect saboteurs and prohibited substances.
