This was announced today by Igor Matviychuk, Deputy Chief of Staff — Head of the Border Control Organization Department of the Western Regional Administration, at a press conference held at UKRAINE MEDIA CENTER in Lviv.

“Currently, the Krasnoilsk checkpoint is 90% ready on the Romanian section and about 60% is Dyakivtsi, located in the Chernivtsi region. He added that now, work is actively underway to unload the railway connection. In particular, in the Romanian section (Transcarpathia) it is the restoration of tracks and passes in such directions as “Dilove” and “Teresva”, which were suspended.
