At the border, an employee of a Czech company was exposed, who forged documents to transport a company car to Ukraine
During the verification of documents for the 2018 Skoda Superb car with Czech registration numbers, which our 29-year-old compatriot was heading to Ukraine, the border guards found a number of signs that indicated a complete forgery of the vehicle registration certificate.
In particular, in the document provided by the Ukrainian there was no established sample microtext, the installation data was applied by inkjet printing, in addition, the discrepancy of fluorescence was established in the ultraviolet rays.
During further examination of the circumstances of the offense, border guards discovered the original certificate of registration of the vehicle. It turned out that the car driven by the Ukrainian belonged to the Czech company where he worked. To enter the territory of Ukraine, the man had to have a power of attorney for the right to drive a vehicle, but he could not get it, and therefore decided to forge a document to cross the border.
On the detection of a criminal offense in the actions of a Ukrainian, provided for by Art. 358 Criminal Code “Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps” border guards informed the officers of the National Police.
