In Kyiv region, a man blew up on a mine: operational information on the activities of pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service

A man died as a result of an attack on an explosive object in the Kiev region. Rescuers were informed about a forest fire between two settlements of Ivankivsk territorial community. Firefighters found out - the car hit a mine.

Because of this, a 29-year-old man died. In addition, burning occurred. His rescuers were eliminated.

In total, during the day, the pyrotechnic units of the SNS were involved 129 times. Rescuers found, recovered and defused 438 explosive items. Surveyed an area of 317.46 hectares.

Most often, pyrotechnic units worked in Kharkiv, Kiev, Donetsk, Nikolaev, Kherson, Chernihiv, Sumy and Cherkasy regions.

In total, since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, 431 thousand 871 explosive objects and 2 thousand 892 kilograms of explosives, 3 thousand 95 aircraft bombs have been defused.

Rescuers once again appeal to residents of de-occupied territories with a request to be careful. These areas will be potentially dangerous for citizens for a long time to come. So local residents should refrain from visiting forests, woodlands, fields, places where fighting took place.
