In Dnipropetrovsk region, rescuers together with police officers found five children
On April 25, at 22:48, the 101 Rescue Service received a message that on the island of Samarsky near the Samarivka garden society, five children were lost and unable to return to shore on their own.
Dnieper rescue divers and patrol police officers were quickly sent to the place of call.
Upon arrival at the place of call, the staff of the Rescue Service “101” established that children aged 10 to 13 years were on the island of Samara. Visual contact was difficult to find, because the thick cover of the comma on the coastal zone interfered. It was decided to separate rescuers and police officers for a more detailed and quick search for the lost.
Thanks to the determined and swift actions of rescue divers and police workers, the children were found and transferred across the bridge to the shore. Teenagers were examined by emergency medical workers, the condition of the children is satisfactory.
The details of the incident are established by law enforcement agencies. 4 personnel and 1 unit of equipment were involved at the scene.
