In Dnipropetrovsk region, police detained the so-called “spy” outside the city
The “criminal authority” and the person who turned to him for “help” were informed of the suspicion.
The illegal activities of the suspects were documented by the operatives of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the investigators of the regional police. According to the investigation, the woman turned to the “surveyor” behind one of the cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region to help her solve problems with real estate. Having influence and connections in the criminal environment, the man organized a force resolution of this issue.
Yesterday, February 10, the police detained the so-called “spectator” in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He and the woman who applied for “help” were informed of the suspicion: “criminal authority” - for establishing or spreading criminal influence (Part 1 of Art. 255-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), a woman - for applying for the use of criminal influence (Part 1 of Art. 255-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The issue of choosing preventive measures for suspects is being resolved. Procedural guidance in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
For the establishment or spread of criminal influence, punishment is provided in the form of imprisonment for a period of seven to ten years with confiscation of property, and for appeal for the use of criminal influence - from three to seven years in prison.
