Moldovan citizen will be forcibly returned to Bukovina and fined a citizen of the Russian Federation
A citizen of the Russian Federation, who evaded timely departure from Ukraine, was found by employees of the Storozhinets department of the UDMS in the Chernivtsi region.
The woman brings up two young children who have acquired Ukrainian citizenship by origin. In view of this, the Bukovinian migrant workers did not decide on the forced return to the country of origin and will apply for the extension of the foreigner's stay in Ukraine.
However, fines for violation of the period of stay on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap and for not taking measures to ensure timely registration of foreigners under Art. 205 KUPA had to be paid by the specified citizen of the Russian Federation and her citizen spouse.
At the same time, in the regional center, employees of the Chernivtsi department of the UDMS in the Chernivtsi region found two citizens of Moldova who, for private reasons, forcibly violated the rules of stay in Ukraine. Foreigners have been fined and forcibly returned to their country of origin.
