Moldovan citizen will be forcibly returned to Bukovina
In the Chernivtsi region, employees of the migration service found a man who exceeded the statutory terms of stay on the territory of Ukraine and evaded timely departure.
The offender is brought to administrative responsibility, in accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap and a decision was made on its forced return. At the same time, under Art. 205 KUPap fined the host party — a resident of the regional center.
In addition, since the beginning of November, employees of the Herzaiv sector, Storozhynets and Chernivtsi departments have identified citizens of Azerbaijan, Romania, Moldova, Belarus and the Russian Federation who lived in Ukraine on invalid provisional permits or without any permits at all.
Also in Chernivtsi were found two citizens of Belarus and a citizen of Tunisia who did not register their place of residence in Ukraine in a timely manner. All these violators are brought to administrative responsibility, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 203 KupAp.
In addition, Chernivtsi was fined for employment without complying with all necessary formalities, in accordance with Art. 203 KUPap, citizen of Azerbaijan. His employer also had to pay a fine, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 204 KupAp.
