Four “illegals” will be forcibly returned to Bukovina
Bukovinian migrant workers in their daily work often face situations where international families appear when one of the spouses is a foreigner. And often in such cases there is non-compliance with migration legislation and specific articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Thus, the Sokyrians, Storozhynets and Kitsman migrants found a citizen of Moldova, a citizen of Belarus and a citizen of Spain, who evaded timely departure from Ukraine because they have families or civil marriage here.
Foreigners are fined according to the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap and will be forcibly returned outside the country. In all these cases, for late registration of the place of residence under Art. 205 KUPap also fined three relatives of foreigners, citizens of Ukraine.
After the expiration of the sanctions period, unsettled migrants plan to return to Ukraine and finally legalize here — to legalize relations (if necessary), obtain an immigration permit and obtain permanent residence permits on the basis of family reunification.
At the same time, the regional center found an Azerbaijani citizen who ignored the previously issued order of the migration service on forced return and continued to stay in Ukraine illegally.
Chernivtsi migration officers repeatedly fined the violator and provided his escort to the Mamaliga checkpoint, through which the foreigner left the country.
