In Bukovina, migrants fined a citizen of Georgia and 8 citizens of the Russian Federation
Coincidence or not, but the systematic observation of the statistics of administrative sanctions testifies that most often Russian citizens resort to violations of migration legislation in the territory of Bukovina. It is they who, for the most part, fall into the ranks of administrative violations, providing the lion's share or at least half of all fines paid to the state treasury.
In this sense, the statistics of the last two weeks were no exception, when employees of the Kitsmansky, Sokyriansk, Chernivtsi departments and the Putyla sector of the UDMS in the Chernivtsi region recorded 9 cases of violation of migration legislation by foreigners. In particular, 8 Russian citizens and a Georgian citizen lived on the territory of Ukraine on invalid documents or without any permits at all. The total amount of fines for these cases amounted to almost 28 thousand hryvnias, of which more than 23 thousand revenues to the state budget and strengthening the defense capacity of Ukraine were provided by the Russians.
For violation of the procedure for providing foreigners and stateless persons with housing under Art. 206 KUPap also paid a considerable fine by a resident of the regional center, a citizen of Ukraine.
