They will be held in different regions of the country. He also noted that Ukraine will check the operation of civil security systems in settlements.
“The best specialists and instructors of the SNS, NPU, NGU and DPSU will be involved in the exercises. Emphasis will be placed on the issue of safety handling of explosive objects. All instructors underwent strong training abroad, in Britain, USA, Canada, Poland and other countries”, - stressed the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky.
T.V.O. Serhiy Kruk, the head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, said that the State Emergency Service has already begun preparations for these exercises.
“The State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations was gathered online in order for the authorities on the ground to better understand the content of the exercises. Together we discussed the main issues: alert, procedure for using protective structures, evacuation. All this is the most basic thing that is needed for the normal functioning of the civil protection system,” Serhiy Kruk noted.
