The Ministry of Internal Affairs initiates a draft law, which proposes to establish administrative responsibility for violations of the airspace of Ukraine by the operators of drones
Today, November 4, the government adopted a draft law “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on Establishing Responsibility for Violation of the Procedure and Rules for the Use of Ukrainian Airspace by Operators of Unmanned Aircraft”.
The draft law proposes to supplement the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with articles establishing administrative responsibility for violation of the procedure and rules for using the airspace of Ukraine when operating an unmanned aircraft and committing such an offense repeatedly during the year.
It is also proposed to authorize courts, bodies of the National Police and the State Border Service to consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties for violation of the procedure and rules for the use of airspace by operators of unmanned aircraft.
