Mobile application “Mining Ukraine”: your security — in your smartphone
Developed by the State Emergency Service together with partners, the mobile application “Demining Ukraine” should take a place in the smartphone of every Ukrainian. After all, it can really save your life.
With it, you can track the places of detection of explosive objects (VNPs): an interactive map shows possible and already confirmed danger zones that should not be approached. And when approaching such areas, the application will immediately notify you of the threat.
In the application, you can promptly notify the emergency personnel of the detection of explosive or suspicious objects and call sappers to check and defuse dangerous finds.
“Drainage of Ukraine” has an extensive catalog of the most common explosive items. Detailed descriptions and illustrations to them will help you to be more aware, cautious and timely identify the threat.
What to do when you find VNP? Detailed instructions in the application will help you understand the sequence of actions. At a time when a large area of the territory of Ukraine remains mined by the enemy, every Ukrainian should know the rules of safe behavior.
