Mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provides state services in Kherson region
For more than 8 months of occupation, residents of Kherson region were subjected to terror and intimidation from Russian invaders. Finally, Kherson is de-occupied, and the locals return to their usual lives.
From Wednesday, November 16, the mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs began to provide state services in Kherson. Administrators and a specialist of the expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, carrying out vehicle research, work there.
In three days of work, only 2 re-registrations of vehicles were carried out. But, employees of the mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided more than 90 consultations on the restoration of documents and re-registration of vehicles.
Due to the lack of electricity, residents of the city need to recharge their electronic gadgets. Therefore, residents come to the mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to recharge their phones, power banks or other devices. Also, our mobile car
distributes Starlink wi-fi satellite internet and anyone can use it.
Mobile service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided services today. At the address: ul. Mayakovsky, 10, near the building of the Kherson district police department. The Mobile Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provides services for the restoration or exchange of a driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, registration or re-registration of a car. In addition, citizens can obtain an international driver's license or dispose of a vehicle damaged as a result of Russian aggression.
We emphasize that if you have lost or damaged your passport of a citizen of Ukraine, you should first restore it, and only then contact the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

We remind you that at present, none of the 6 stationary service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kherson region is functioning, including the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Instead, we opened a service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnitsa, thereby providing jobs for our colleagues who have moved temporarily within Ukraine and can fully perform their work there.
In the summer, the administrative building of the regional service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in the city of Kherson, was used by the occupiers, as the so-called “MREO traffic police” and, therefore, was not damaged from the outside. Instead, another service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka, suffered severe damage. From artillery shelling, the building was destroyed by 50% and at present it is not possible to resume work here. Three more service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are located in the temporarily occupied territories, so for now it is impossible to assess the condition of the premises and the damage caused, but we will return there soon and restore everything.
