Last day Kharkiv police processed 1561 messages from citizens
At checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with military personnel inspected 3,177 vehicles to prevent weapons and drugs from entering the region.
The personnel of the GUNP in Kharkiv region on suspicion of involvement in sabotage and intelligence groups and in carrying out propaganda activities were brought to territorial units for inspection. Police officers actively detect and investigate criminal crimes every day.
Last day, during the examination of the territory of the city and the region, the police discovered 4 facts of illegal drug trafficking and detained persons from whom narcotic substances were seized. The attackers were detected while patrolling the territory in the Kiev, Shevchenko and Slobidsky districts of Kharkiv. Investigators opened criminal proceedings. Immediate investigative actions are carried out.
Every day, police officers take care of the safety and social protection of residents of the city and the region, provide food and basic necessities to de-occupied settlements, help citizens to evacuate from dangerous areas.
Kharkiv police officers together with volunteers delivered 8 tons of humanitarian cargo to the city of Izyum. Food, medicine, baby food, hygiene products and animal feed were distributed to pensioners, disabled people and large families. Police units resumed their work in the liberated areas.
Police officers ensure public security and order in 8 areas of de-occupation: Balakliysk, Kupyansk, Izyum, Zolochiv, Lipetsk, Volchansky, Chuguivsk, Velikoburlutsk. Work is underway to survey and demine settlements.
Employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine with the beginning of the de-occupation measures surveyed the territory with a total area of about 1002.4 hectares. 17627 explosive items were seized, 946 destroyed.
Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine carry out measures to register war crimes in liberated settlements. Since the beginning of the de-occupation measures, 724 war crimes have been registered, of which the most under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — 652, according to Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — 60 and others.
