Mykola Rudyk: The new service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Odessa will provide all the services that can be obtained in the GSC
Continuous provision of high-quality public services to citizens is possible even in conditions of martial law. The priority area of work remains the provision of services to citizens in those regions where the demand for the services of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has increased.
The other day there was a presentation of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs №5141, which moved to a new address: m. Odessa, street Inglezi, 15A. The renovated premises with an area of 535 sq.m. are provided with all conditions of transparency and barrier-free provision of services. There is a spacious hall, reception, waiting area for customers, children's room and bookcrossing. The center is located on the ground floor and takes into account all norms of inclusiveness.
The Head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mykola Rudyk and the Head of the Regional Service Center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Odessa region Mykhailo Kozlovsky were invited to the opening of the center.
“The peculiarity of this center used to be that it only provided services related to registration actions. Now here they will begin to provide services related to a driver's license. It is expected that in a month there will be from 600 to 800 exchanges and renewals of driver's licenses,” said Mykola Rudyk.
This service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide services for registration, re-registration of vehicles, appointment of a proper user, disposal of vehicles, responsible storage of license plates, ordering of individual license plates, exchange and renewal of driver's license - that is, the entire range of services of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in addition to taking theoretical and practical examinations in the candidate in the driver.
