Migrant workers told where and how much documents are stored in the departments of the DMS

The manufactured passports of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of a card (ID-card) and passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad are stored in the departments of the migration service for two years.
We note that citizens have the opportunity to write an application and extend the shelf life of their passport document up to three years.
In addition, we inform that until the end of the martial law, the executed documents (ID-card and passport) are stored in the units of the SMS of Ukraine for an unlimited period of time.
