The migration service in Donetsk region provides remote counseling of citizens
Currently, remote counseling remains one of the priority areas of work of the Migration Service of Donetsk region, which allows citizens of the region to get answers to questions that are within the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
It should be noted that residents of Donetsk region actively use the offered remote forms of counseling.
Thus, during January-May, 1329 calls were received to the hotline of the Main Directorate, which is 50% more than last year. 60 citizens contacted the official page of the Migration Service of Donetsk region on the social network Facebook, and another 400 citizens received consultations by e-mail.
In front of everyone, Donetsk residents are interested in the issues of receiving ready-made documents, pasting photos to the passport, issuing a foreign passport and passport of a citizen of Ukraine, sending manufactured documents, and foreigners — renewing or obtaining a permanent/temporary residence permit.
