The migration service of Bukovina will forcibly return six unsettled migrants from India, Moldova and the Russian Federation

A citizen of Moldova, who did not comply with the decision of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to ban entry into Ukraine for a period of 10 years and deliberately violated the law by crossing the border outside the checkpoints, was found by employees of the Khotyn department of the UDMS in the Chernivtsi region. The foreigner is brought to administrative responsibility according to the requirements of Art. 203-1 KUPap, a decision was made on her forced return to her homeland.

At the same time, since the beginning of November, a citizen of India, a citizen of the Russian Federation and three citizens of the Republic of Moldova have been found in Chernivtsi, Kelmenets and Khotyn districts who exceeded the legal terms of stay in Ukraine and evaded timely departure.

Violators are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 203-1 KUPap and forcibly returned to the countries of origin. Currently, measures are being taken against a resident of the regional center who provided housing in violation of the procedure prescribed by law to his foreign guest.
