The commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Brigadier General Alexander Pivnenko visited the units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which perform combat tasks in the Lyman direction.
Considerable attention was paid to the analysis of the operational situation in the area of task execution. We also discussed the use of our drones, conducting assault operations in certain areas and interaction with other units of the Defense Forces.
In particular, Alexander Pivnenko rewarded fighters who perform combat tasks, restrain the enemy, destroy his life force and equipment. A total of 92 Guardsmen received well-deserved commander's awards.
“No matter how difficult it is, we do and will do everything possible so that the guards receive everything they need to protect the country: from weapons to personal equipment, other needs of the military at the front,” the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine stressed.
It is worth noting the results of the work of air reconnaissance and artillery throughout the front line. So, over the past week, more than 1300 fire missions have been carried out, and these are destroyed equipment, gliders, enemy infantry, as well as strikes on logistics.
A separate aspect is the equipment of fortifications. This is a complex work. It continues and will continue as long as the enemy seeks to capture our territory.
