Massive enemy attack on Dnipropetrovsk region: there are dead and wounded

At night and early in the morning there was a massive enemy attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region. The aggressor struck in 4 districts of the region — Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, Sinelnikovsky and Dniprovsky. Three people were killed and nine others were injured.

In Nikopol district, Chervonohryhorivska hromada and Nikopol came under enemy fire. The aggressor fired 120 shells from the “Grad” over these territories. In Nikopol, 3 people were killed by shelling. Seven residents were injured. Three of them are in the hospital. Their condition is assessed by doctors as average.

The city suffered significant destruction. Damaged 40 high-rise buildings and 2 private houses, garages, 5 apartments completely destroyed. Under the blows were 3 schools and a children's house of creativity, 2 shops and a fitness club. 6 cars and a minibus were smashed. Power lines have been cut — more than 6000 people in Nikopol are without light. Rescuers continue to dismantle debris.

In Chervonohryhoriv community, 14 private houses, an outpatient clinic, warehouses of an agricultural enterprise, a shopping center and a stadium were damaged. The sawmill burned down. Rescuers extinguished the flames. Broken power lines. Up to 1000 inhabitants do not have lights.

In Sinelnikovsky district, a couple was injured due to shelling. A 70-year-old woman is hospitalized in average condition. Her 74-year-old husband is being treated at home. Private homes and a mill where grain was stored were damaged. Safe debris from cassette shells was found on the street.

In the Kryvyi Rih region, the Russian army fought with “Hurricanes” on the Zelenodolsk community. Hay and dry grass burned on an area of 1 ha. Ignition eliminated. Destroyed a private house and outbuilding. No people were

affected. The scale of the destruction is being clarified.
