Little Button from Bakhmut found a home in the family of a border guard
Now, on the outskirts and in the most bombed Bakhmut, border guards come across hundreds of abandoned animals. In search of shelter and food, once pets, and now abandoned to ruin. They find protection in our fighters, who between hard battles often save them from hunger, and earlier from the cold.
The border guard Alexander took under his “care” the emaciated hungry dog. Button - this is the name given to her by the fighter. She became “full support” and even received a “sleeping bag” from a fleece buff.
At first, the animal slept for a long time and did not hurry to leave the “shelter”, except when the border guard got into the car so as not to get lost and not lag behind him. And later Knopy had a new life - the four-legged companion became a member of Alexander's family.
“She's a good, good dog. She is loved by children, we loved her, she has a “big” and kind heart. The button quickly mastered and even found a common language with the two cats that live in my house,” adds the border guard with a smile.
