Lviv police officers exposed the scheme of illegal departure of military servicemen abroad
For $3000, the woman promised evaders to enter fictitious data into the information system for an unhindered exit from the country. For what she has done, she will be criminally liable.
The operatives of the Lviv Department of Internal Security of the National Police received information that a 41-year-old resident of Lviv is engaged in illegal activities. It turned out that the woman “specializes” in the illegal transportation of military personnel across the state border.
She sought men of inviting age who wanted to leave the country, and offered them her services. The respondent assured her “clients” that she has reliable “connections” and can enter inaccurate information about individuals into the database.
During the receipt of the agreed amount - 3 000 US dollars - the attacker was detained by UDVB operatives and investigators of the Lviv police. Cash withdrawn.
At present, the investigators of the GUNP in the Lviv region handed her a suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Art. 332 (Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For her actions, she faces from 7 to 9 years in prison.
Internal security officers of the police check the possibility of involvement of other persons in the illegal activities of the defendant in order to bring them to justice. The investigation is ongoing. Procedural management is carried out by the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
