Luhansk police document results of shelling of settlements by Russian troops
Last day, July 15, 58 appeals and reports from citizens were received to the police of Luhansk region. Among them, 8 reports of destruction or damage as a result of shelling by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation of private residences of citizens in the cities of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Popasna, Kreminna and Vrubivka, reports of destruction due to rocket fire of administrative buildings and structures of one from enterprises in the temporarily occupied territory of the region.
Investigators have included 26 reports with signs of criminal offenses in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations:
- 10 per Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the customs of war”
- 5 on the facts of illegal possession of vehicles
- 5 - seizure of state buildings
- 1 on the fact of collaborative activity of a resident of the Svatovsky district, who took a position in the body of the occupation authorities
- 1 — theft.
Operational and search measures have been launched on the fact of disappearance of 5 citizens.
There was also a report that the occupiers seized the property of one of the joint-stock companies.
