People with disabilities can contact the National Police using the telephone number “102” both from a landline phone and using a smartphone. The National Police of Ukraine told about the possibility of calling 102 people with hearing or vision impairments. This room is open around the clock, and now it has become more accessible.

All women, men and children, older people and people with disabilities seek help from the police. Ensuring the observance of human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine is one of the key principles of the National Police.

The official website of the National Police takes into account the needs of different categories of users, in particular people with visual and hearing impairments. For this purpose, a special program has been developed to put the site in a mode acceptable for people with visual impairment, as well as the ability to choose the best font and color of the image.
To use this feature, you need to use the “Accessibility Settings” tool in the upper right corner of the site.

On the website of the National Police, citizens with speech and hearing impairments can submit non-voice appeals in sign language to the operators of the service “102”. To do this, click the “Ear” tool in the lower right corner. In the window that appears, you need to enter your data and wait for the connection with the sign language translator.
