Russian occupation forces again shelled Kharkiv region, this time the Rashists attacked the civilian infrastructure of Kupyansk.
As a result, the stadium stands and private houses were damaged. In addition, a woman born in 1966 was injured.
An investigative task force, forensics and explosives technicians work at the scene.
In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
