The director of the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told about this on the air of the National Television Marathon “United News” during a discussion on the topic of functioning of the victim's electronic cabinet.
The launch of the service this week was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko.
The head of the Department of Communicationand the Ministry of Internal Affairs told who can receive social protection and support services in the victim's electronic account.
“Here we are talking about the soldiers of the State Border Service and the National Guard, as well as rescuers, policemen and other employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who were injured, are considered missing, released from captivity or are still in it,” said Mariana Reva.
The service works quite simply: when a person enters the “Single Window for Citizens” on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a widget is displayed with access to the victim's electronic cabinet. After authorization, the citizen reviews the entire history of appeals and services.
In particular, in the electronic office of the victim, you can leave appeals regarding the need for treatment or rehabilitation, prosthetics and even employment to the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“We understand that there are persons who have suffered serious injuries and, after the conclusion of the military medical commission, are considered unfit for further military service. Therefore, we are working to provide jobs to our employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs already in public service positions, so that they continue to serve the Motherland,” said Mariana Reva.
It is important that the electronic account will display the contact details of the responsible accompanying person from the social assistance departments, with whom the user can contact at any convenient time. The launch of the victim's electronic cabinet is one of the components on the way to ensuring an adequate level of social protection of all affected employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
