NGU commander Oleksandr Pivnenko visited the National Guards in the eastern direction of the front
The commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Brigadier General Alexander Pivnenko spoke directly at the positions and presented well-deserved awards to the soldiers who, under constant enemy pressure, shelling, day and night in any weather, firmly hold the defined boundaries.
Soldiers of the brigades “Burevoy”, “Azov”, “Rubezh”, “Charter”, as well as other units and special purpose units of the National Guard, which perform tasks as part of the Defense Forces in the Kup'yan-Estuary direction, in particular in the Kremina forests and on the Bakhmut direction only with earlier this week destroyed 9 tanks, 17 BMPs, more than 30 units of other armored vehicles used by the occupiers to assault and move their infantry groups.
“Even under such difficult conditions, the National Guards inflict irreparable losses in life force on the enemy, destroy warehouses and logistics. It is the remarkable strength of spirit, the professional skill of each warrior and commander that enable us to endure! He personally presented and presented to the commanders 300 medals and insignia, which will soon be received by all those who are distinguished by them. Thank you to the guards for their service and protection of our state!”, — said Oleksandr Pivnenko.
In addition, the Commander of the National Guard, together with the commanders, also discussed the issues of providing units and establishing logistics routes, improving combat management, applying the latest technologies of electronic warfare, radio-electronic reconnaissance and various types of UAVs.
