The commander of the National Guard presented awards to the families of the guards
The commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Oleksandr Pivnenko presented state awards to the families of the dead servicemen of the National Guard.
By decrees of the President of Ukraine for personal courage and selfless actions in defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath of the Order “For Courage” of the III degree were awarded to nine National Guards (posthumously) and medals “For Military Service to Ukraine”” - three servicemen of the National Guard (posthumously).
“We will always remember the courage, dedication and heroism of every warrior who gave his life for the independence and territorial integrity of our state. Dear relatives of our heroes, for any questions please contact me, I will make every effort to solve them. The National Guard of Ukraine is ready to provide you with comprehensive support,” Alexander Pivnenko addressed the families of the dead.
