Some tips if you travel by car with children in the heat

To save the most expensive follow these rules in the heat:
- never leave children in the car, because the sun strongly heats the metal and it is impossible to be inside the car, due to heat and suffocation;
- always take water for children in a thermos, where it will not heat up quickly;
- if you are on the road with a child for a long time, take a light snack;
- the child's clothes should be made of natural fabrics and as open as much as possible;
- use window curtains so that the child is not in direct sunlight;
- ventilate the car before the trip and on the road, because children need fresh air for normal well-being;
- plan the time of the trip correctly, best in the morning or in the evening, when the sun is not so scorching.
By the way, if you carry a pet in the car, do not forget that the actions should be the same.
