Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Kateryna Pavlichenko met with representatives of “ZE! WOMEN” at the annual congress of the movement in Kyiv and told the participants about the projects implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In particular, the project of driving schools for people with disabilities and its scaling in territorial communities was discussed. As well as legislative initiatives to combat domestic violence.
Today, the process of implementing the Istanbul Convention into national legislation continues.
It is important that representatives of local authorities understand what initiatives are being implemented at the central level, what changes in the laws will be in the near future.
