The campaign was introduced within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “You Like” at the initiative of First Lady Elena Zelenska. On the project pages you can find specific advice on coping with stress, evidence-based self-help techniques, contacts of psychological help hotlines and answers to many other questions.

“Departmental psychologists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are actively involved in the development and implementation of the program. Because they are also the “first line of contact”, because while rescuers get people out of the rubble, and the police record another missile attack, it is psychologists who provide support to the victims. In their experience, emergency care, here and now, is not enough. An integrated approach is needed, which includes further psychological support of a person. The vision of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program implies this,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Kateryna Pavlichenko.

According to the Deputy Minister, the audit of citizens' needs for mental health and psychosocial support services showed that in connection with the war, 40-50% of the population of Ukraine will need psychological support of varying degrees of intensity. 1.8 million people — among military and veterans, 7 million — among the elderly, about 4 million — are children and minors teenagers.

In order for these people to seek psychological help, the route of providing the service should be as convenient as possible for them, and the service itself - understandable. First of all, people need to know that they need help. Do not be shy, do not postpone for later, do not silence the problem, but know and understand where and for what to turn. After all, with the war, the maintenance of mental health became a basic necessity.
