Kateryna Pavlichenko told how to join the assault brigades of the “Guard of Offensive”
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Ekaterina Pavlichenko told how volunteers should join the military units that will liberate the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. We are talking about eight brigades of the National Guard, the National Police and the State Border Guard, the recruitment to which began only yesterday.
According to the Deputy Minister, the recruitment process involves two ways of submitting applications: through the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services in the regions or online. Those who wish can choose the method on their own.
To join online you need to follow the link (https://storm.mvs.gov.ua/.ua), select a division and fill out a short electronic form. If a volunteer comes to the ASAP, there he will be offered 8 brigades to choose from, according to his desire and motivation.
“Candidates will pass a military-medical commission on the basis of medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Further testing awaits them, in particular psychological, special examination and physical tests. Only after that they will begin training and coordination in order to later carry out combat tasks,” said Kateryna Pavlichenko.
She also stressed that the brigades are staffed exclusively from volunteers. Do not confuse this with mobilization.
The core of the new brigades already consists of servicemen and policemen who have significant combat experience and know how to serve on the front lines.
Recall that the Ministry of Internal Affairs strengthens the Ukrainian defense forces. To do this, the formation of several additional brigades of the National Guard, the National Police and the State Border Service was started, which will carry out combat tasks to conduct offensives and liberate all occupied territories.
