The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a draft resolution on automatic verification of information required for admission of a person to drive vehicles and issue driver's licenses
The relevant decision was made at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on August 8.
As noted by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko, the document “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on automatic verification of information necessary for the admission of a person to drive vehicles, registration, issuance of driver's licenses, registration documents and license plates for vehicles, as well as the method of obtaining them” is aimed at simplifying and improving the transparency of obtaining services in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The adoption of this resolution expands the possibilities of citizens. In particular, they can choose a convenient format for them to obtain a plastic vehicle registration certificate and license plates (by postal service or traditional in the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs).
Also, this document will contribute to the improvement of electronic information interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with other entities to automate the system of verification of information necessary for the provision of services by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
