The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a document on expanding the list of grounds for temporary detention of a vehicle by employees of the National Police

It is about the draft resolution “On Amendments to the Procedures Approved by the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1102 of December 17, 2008 and of November 14, 2018. № 990”.
The relevant document expands the list of grounds for temporary detention of a vehicle by employees of authorized units of the National Police and vehicle parking inspectors.
In addition, the requirement for the presence of two concepts during the preparation of the inspection act and temporary detention of the vehicle is abolished in the case of recording the circumstances of the temporary detention of the vehicle in the photographic (video) mode.
