The Cabinet of Ministers considered changes regarding the procedure for submission and registration of the declaration of compliance with fire safety requirements
The implementation of the draft act will simplify the procedure for submitting a declaration of compliance of the entity's material and technical base with the requirements of the legislation on fire safety and does not require additional material and other costs.
The draft resolution was developed in order to introduce certain provisions of the Procedure for submission and registration of the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of the business entity with the requirements of the legislation on fire safety, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 05, 2013 No. 440, in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine “On Administrative services” and “On Voluntary Association of Territorial Communities” and Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 16, 2014 № 523-r “Some issues of providing administrative services through centers of provision administrative services.”
The draft resolution proposes:
- take into account the changes that have occurred in the territorial organization of power in Ukraine;
- establish that the submission of the Declaration by the entity is carried out through the center for the provision of administrative services or through the means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular through the SNS information system integrated with it;
- grant the right to business entities within a month from the date of submission of the declaration to re-submit the relevant declaration with clarified reliable data in any specified manner;
- processing of the declaration shall be carried out through the information system of the State Emergency Service and through the means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
