The Cabinet of Ministers adopted amendments to the Procedure for Appointment and Payment of One-Time Cash Assistance to Foreigners and Stateless Persons Serving in NGU

The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been developed in order to ensure the realization of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of foreigners and stateless persons who have entered into a contract for military service in the National Guard.
The draft resolution provides:
- extend the operation of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of lump-sum cash benefits in the event of death (death), disability or partial disability without establishing the disability of servicemen, conscripts and reservists (or inspection) and special fees or for service in the military reserve, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 25, 2013 No. 975 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), on foreigners and stateless persons who legally undergo military service in the National Guard of Ukraine under contract;
- amend paragraph 11 of the Procedure and supplement the list of documents, copies of which are attached to the application for the payment of lump-sum cash assistance in case of disability or partial disability without establishing disability, in particular: passport document of a foreigner and a translation certified in accordance with the procedure established by law in Ukrainian the pages of the passport document of the foreigner and the military ticket of the regular, sergeant and staff (for military personnel from among foreigners and stateless persons).
