Europrotocol is a paper or electronic form for registration of a traffic accident by drivers on their own. For this, you do not need to call representatives of law enforcement agencies.

Europrotocol can be used if:

  • there are no injured or dead;
  • no material damage to third parties;
  • accident participants have valid compulsory insurance policies;
  • an agreement was reached between the participants of the accident on all the circumstances of the accident;
  • drivers involved in an accident are sober;
  • the amount of damage after an accident does not exceed UAH 80,000.

You can make a europrotocol using the online system or on a paper form.

The digital service for fixing an accident will check the correctness of the completed data and indicate errors. And the data on the accident will immediately be sent to the insurance companies of both parties and entered into the MTSBU database.

You can issue an electronic Europrotocol online at the link.

Advantages of using the Europrotocol:

  • no need to inform and expect patrolmen;
  • the ability to leave the scene of an accident immediately after drawing up the Europrotocol;
  • the driver is exempt from administrative responsibility, that is, the driver's license is not withdrawn, the materials are not sent to court, the fine is not imposed;
  • saving your own time.
