First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhenii Yenin expressed his condolences to the victims and families of those killed in this act of war crime and said that Russian troops deliberately destroy Ukrainians with such attacks. Only in the last day the enemy fought in Donetsk region, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev region, Sumy region, Kharkiv region, Slavyansk. And in the morning there were Nikolaev and Vinnitsa. And everywhere there were attacks on civilian objects.

Yevgeny Yenin gave comparative statistics of attacks on civilian and military facilities on the territory of Ukraine since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. It turned out that during this time, the Russians inflicted 17,314 strikes on civilian objects and only about 300 - on military ones.

“The blood of civilians of Ukraine is on the hands of the Russian military. They have a good understanding of where their missiles are going. And these are, of course, war crimes,” Yevhenii Yenin noted.

He also reported that twelve investigative and operational teams of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as representatives of the investigative units of the Security Service of Ukraine, started work in Vinnytsia. In general, 95 percent of war crimes on the territory of Ukraine are investigated by the National Police. Almost 22,000 criminal proceedings have been initiated on the facts of war crimes committed by Russian servicemen and their accomplices.

In Vinnytsia, about one thousand people and more than 200 units of equipment were involved in the work to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack and investigative actions by the State Emergency Service and the National Police. It is expected by the end of the next day to complete the analysis of the bulk of the rubble. The search continues for people who are considered missing.
