In the de-occupied territories of the Kharkiv region, police officers, specialists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, National Guard and border guards are already fully working. This was stated on the broadcast of the tele-marathon #UAразом by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevgeny Yenin.

“The defense forces are liberating Ukrainian cities and villages with a powerful and confident push, and now with the same powerful and confident pressure on the liberated territories, the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have already begun to carry out special measures. The main goal is to restore law, order and security to the cities, to restore the livelihoods of territories that were under Russian oppression. And what is important is to prevent re-occupation. I want to emphasize that the police, rescuers, police, border guards, SMS workers — each of them has clear directions of work to restore life in the de-occupied territories,” Yevhenii Yenin said.

According to the first deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police are already fully working in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region, they have already recorded about 40 war crimes.

“The occupiers have been in these territories for quite a long time and of course they have done everything to hide the traces of their crimes. We are talking about burning documentation, hiding bodies, a number of other things that police investigators are investigating together with explosives technicians. In addition, we carry out inspections — the movement of vehicles may be restricted, documents may be checked. All these measures are aimed at identifying possible remnants of the military enemy and sabotage and reconnaissance groups that may remain in the liberated territories. We have already managed to detect a disguised Lnriveter and a woodsman,” Yevgeny Yenin noted.

Yevgeny Yenin also noted that the work of the State Emergency Service has been intensified in the de-occupied territories.

“We have attracted our reserve units of the SNS, which are more than 1 thousand people and 350 units of equipment. The search for the victims, the provision of medical care, the analysis of the rubble of buildings and structures We already have 10 mobile power plants ready to provide the population and emergency electric support for social objects. The work of four fire and rescue units in the Kharkiv region has already been resumed and the work of police departments is also resumed,” the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs added.

In addition, he noted that the demining of the de-occupied territories had already begun: “Specialists of the National Guard began to act even at the moment of the beginning of the counteroffensive within the framework of the implementation of combat tasks, after that we involved fire technicians of the SNSS and explosives technicians of the police. The Explosive Service of the National Police in the last few days carried out several dozen visits and seized about 990 explosive objects and inspected a total area of 210 hectares only in the territory of Kharkiv region. In those areas where we went to the border, all measures will be carried out for the normal operation of the border service, including the engineering and technical component,” Yevhenii Yenin added.
